Sons 1, 2, and 3

Can you believe Perpetual Motion Boy is three today? It's been a fun (and pretty much sleepless) three years. He did stay in his own bed last night, though--which was lovely, as it really cooled down last night and was nice for sleeping (we have no AC). The down side is that son 2 was supposed to meet to go to day camp at 7:15, and around 7:00, I woke up--the alarm had been going for an hour before I noticed. We made it--barely--and I hope the poor kid has had time to wake up since then. Oldest son is still camping up in the Tetons. I'm hoping the 90 degree weather on Monday and Tuesday help counteract the 50 degree lake they were to take their mandatory swimming test in--but now that that's over, I'd be happy for it to cool down!!

Now we just have to figure out when we're going to celebrate, what with two kids gone and DH working frantically on both finals (he's teaching six courses this term) and indexing/page proofs for his book that's coming out (the deadlines for both finals and proofs are Saturday).
