We have a house--yay!

Traveling in-laws stopped in to see it and confirm the positive impression we had already. It's further from school and work, but it is not by a canal and not by a railroad and the neighborhood is much better. Also, it has five bedrooms, so one more than the canal house, and there aren't doors from all the bedrooms to the outside. It looks like a real house from what I can tell. We have dropped $$ on the deposit and are set to move in come August. Thanks for the housing vibes--the owners did come down on the price, and now it looks like we'll be okay.  Whew!

Now to the fun part of moving--getting new-to-us furniture and designing how everything is going to look.
