Day trip sights

Last night the kids were cranky and losing it and It Was Time to get in the car and drive to new scenery to distract them. So we did.

The California mission system is something kids study in school here. They are all up and down the coast, a day's drive from each other. So we went to the nearest one, and saw nice things:
