Maybe we won't be swimming much...

Wow. I was all excited that our town just built a public swimming pool (something they haven't had until now). I just figured up how much it will cost for me to take the kids for ONE VISIT: $26.

Forget swimming every day.

In Germany it would cost us just under $12.

*faints*

Yikes! For five kids here it would be just over $15...so not as cheap as Germany, but better than Idaho! (Plus, I just learned that the local outdoor pool has $2 Tuesdays.)

Do they have a family rate or a seasonal one?
That sucks!

ouch
Iceland was also super affordable. Here it is 10 euros for a family, so about 14 dollars.
Maybe there are other places where people swim in your town. ?
