I don't mind talking religion at the door as long as you're sincere, and I wish you all the best as you save up money to go to school to become a minister. But a) I didn't have any money, and b) as soon as you said that as a parent, I'd love the book of children's stories because they were all full of morals, and then pointed out the list of morals featured in the back, you lost me. I feel like I read deeply moral books to my kids, yes--but not the kind that comes with a handy guide of indexed virtues. I prefer the depth and meaning to my books to be a little more organic to the story. Like Madeleine L'Engle, or Harry Potter, or Charlotte's Web. I have a hard time reading when I've been hit by the 2x4 of morals.
