Great things about reading

2. I can read with music
3. I can finish the whole book in two hours (wouldn't it be great if you could write that fast?)
4. If something happens like the toilet overflows, runs out the door of your bathroom, and onto the carpet, on the day your mop head fell apart and you haven't gotten a replacement yet--AND your kids have a friend over--it's a lot easier to get back into it than it would be if you were carefully carrying an entire novel in your head that you were trying to revise.
Son 2 saysmy--er, naturally I mean, his book order should come in this week. I don't remember what he's getting. I'm getting the new Riordan book. Also The Brilliant Fall of Gianna Z, which I hear is excellent but which my library doesn't have. (I put in a purchase request.) Also, Friday is October 1, which means someone in this town had better be selling this:
