More progress

I am pleased. :) I can't count it in words--I jotted down a scene for later, and I've decided to make my climax parallel the situation that sets the story off in the first place. But I also spent the morning smoothing out a couple of chapters to have the focus I want. There's more to do on them, but they are chapters I like because both of them force my MC to expose more of himself than he'd like to in terms of his past and his emotions.

Unfortunately, I have a cold and my nose is spewing like a volcano. Plus, one of my kids needs some "hovering" for him to finish his homework. It isn't much, but he needs a little animation. So I'm off for an afternoon of double-digit addition and a study of the months of the year.
