I think I've got it!

I think...I could be wrong, but I think I've got the one overarching goal for my MC in the book I'm doing large-scale structural revisions on. I like my scenes. My characters are speaking to me. The tension and interaction are working for me. But that er...most major thing, What Does the MC Want for the whole book, and how does that develop, and how does she ultimately win has been been a bit vague.
