AAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!!

*Head bang* *head bang* *head bang*

Computer and dishwasher.

And today I was going to proofread an entire novel.

WHY AM I CURSED????????

ETA: Dishwasher repaired, computer fixed. Thank you, DH (and DH's parents, who had to endure years of him taking things apart so that I can benefit from it now).

A lot seem to be going out, don't they?

Proofread an entire novel? In one day? Is that possible?

Actually, if the ONLY thing you can do is hold a squiggly newborn, and most of the other kids are gone from 8-3, you can get a lot of reading done. I've been averaging a novel in 1-2 days. The living room still has a Schicht of boxes, and I haven't been able to go shopping or look at used furniture stores or clean the house or anything like that, but I can read.

You have a poltergeist! See I kept saying a book needed to be written about this state!

LOL--you are so right!

So glad they're working again! Have a much better day.

Thanks! The fact that I can catch up here again is a good omen for the day...

I hope it didn't completely ruin your day.... technology/appliances are not worth it!

Weeeelll--when the dishwasher involves mopping nasty water leaks off the floor, it's hard for the day not to be ruined. But tomorrow is another day, right?
