It's 80 degrees and the sky looks like the cover of Liz Scanlon and Marla Frazee's All the World. Pork roast seasoned with tri tip seasoning, mashed potatoes from scratch, corn on the cob, and that salad made from spinach leaves, strawberries, toasted almonds, and poppyseed dressing. Yum. It sort of makes up for the allergy season and the flu-is-coming-to-town season.
