Grr!!!

My kids have never wanted to do sports, so when my oldest asked if he could play soccer this summer, I happily signed him up. So today was the day. I drove him over to the field on the registration, and there was a class of 5 year olds. The coach said she'd been there an hour already and hadn't seen any other players, but yesterday her daughter had gotten a call to say that her field had changed. So we drove around to every. single. field. in town. We found several other soccer teams, including one coached by someone we know. But we did not find the 12-13YO soccer team.

GRRR!!!

Is it too much to call and/or post on line changes in times or locations? 

The city is getting a grumpy call from me in the morning. Also, I just realized I need to buy shin guards. Um...where do I buy those kinds of things? Would a sporting store like Big 5 carry them?
