beginnings

Ahhh...dark, flashing storm outside...clean floor inside (until the kids get at it again)...and a handful of beginning chapters to critique. I don't always have time to do a lot of crits, but I love when I can. I learn a ton, plus it's like getting a box of chocolates, all with different fillings. Every writer's voice is so different, and the worlds they take me to and the characters who take me are so varied. Today's destinations include 1800s England, modern Canada, modern (and past) India, Thailand, and others... Lovely!
