Does not come with stones

I like looking at houses. Sometimes I look at MLS listings for different areas, and check out what the maximum selling price is, and what you get for it. A few years ago in my home town, you could get a pretty nice house for $400,000, the highest price anything was offered for. For the same price in my husband's home town? A double-wide. It was the minimum price.

Then there are houses that run into fantasyland. Like this one. Fantastic view, but just not me. Even if I had an extra $35,000,000.
