Apparently the term I'm looking for is eco-friendly luxury home. I'm still trying to fit the TV over the hot tub with the eco-friendly bit, but maybe I'm trying to connect too many things, and that's there to help out the luxury end of the name...

ETA: Actually, if you follow the link to the blogspot entry on the home, it's pretty interesting. Did you know you can get special lights that kill mold and germs? Not to mention the cave technology to make your heating and cooling more efficient.
