Sticky notes
Mar. 29th, 2010 09:34 pmI'm taking this online revision course, taught by Holly Lisle. It's a week long and cost only $5. Which is just about the maximum my budget can afford right now, so I'm glad I found it. I bought my spiral notebook and colorful sticky notes today and spread everything out on the table to get to work. And. Then the battle started. Ooooooooohhhhh! Stickies! MY stickies! Oooooohhhh! Paper! Wheeeeee! See the papers fly! Mama! Look at ME!!! Let me drape myself across you. My TOES! Aren't they so CUTE? BOOK! Read car book! NOW! Scissors? Stickies? MY STICKIES!!
Sigh. I think I'm in the wrong class. I need the one about how to do things with an octopus attached to the front of you. It's basically exactly like he's still in the womb, only now his arms and legs stick out, too, and I can't reach anything. Luckily he's cute. And I'm definitely glad he loves books, even if he wants to stay up until 11 reading. (I can certainly sympathize, even if I think I'm going to drop dead of exhaustion some days...)
