The good news is, Lap Boy has discovered books. The bad news is, Lap Boy has discovered books. Batten down the hatches! He's after the bookshelves. Some friends of ours, when their kids were small, solved the problem by packing their books into the shelves so tightly they couldn't pull them out. Whenever they wanted to read something from the shelf, they took note of the relevant data and checked it out from the library. I don't know if I'm ready to go that far, but we'll have to do something soon. He is all but crawling, dragging himself very quickly over the floor.

Hey, did you know that Grindelwald is a real place? Some friends of ours from near Nurmemgard Nurnberg went to visit. It looks like a cool place! (As far as I know, Durmstrang isn't real, however.)

Hm, Lap Boy has discovered the laptop cable as well. This is going to make things difficult, as there is no good place to hide it.

Here's my latest worksheet for each chapter that I'm revising. It's based on lots of other people's comments and criteria, so I'm certainly not claiming it as my own. But if it helps anyone, here it is:

1. What is the point of the chapter? (Why are you including it in here at all?)

2. What is the MC's goal (whether or not they know it)?

3. What does the MC do to meet and/or fail this goal?

4. What is the outcome? How are the stakes higher? To what new plane/complication has the MC come?
