Aug. 28th, 2008 01:18 pmI forgot to say that I LOVE having a washer and dryer in my house!!! They are HUGE and at the end of the day all my clothes are clean and dry. Yay!
But I still miss Germany.
Since Saturday I have read the following books:
The Penderwicks on Gardham Street, by Jeanne Birdsall
The Humming of Numbers, by Joni Sensel
The Forest in the Hallway, by Gordon Smith
The Off Season, by Catherine Gilbert Murdock (wow, what a voice!)
The Swan Maiden, by Heather Tomlinson
Bewitching Season, by Marissa Doyle
I have about the same number waiting to be read before I can go back and shovel up more books. Plus I've got about four crits for my crit group to catch up on. And my house to unpack. I'll be busy!
