pine nut recipes?

I've got a packet of pine nuts I'd like to put to good use. Anyone have any yummy pine nut dishes in mind?

Spinach pine nut quiche. It turned out pretty well (even though my husband absolutely hates spinach, he did eat a piece without gagging, lol).

Why do men like red meat and women like vegetables? I know, it varies--but I betcha there are more female vegetarians than male vegetarians. Betcha.
