Bayreuth

As promised, here's my Bayreuth entry. My husband says Bayreuth is kind of a German version of Branson. Okay, so country and opera are different, but still, they're both tourist industry cities for people to celebrate music.

We saw the Festspielhaus first--this is where they do the Wagner opera cycles in the summer.
